ABOUT
MEN OF VISION
Men of Influence (M.O.I.) has significantly impacted the community. Since its inception in 2013, we have served as a vital underground resource for street-involved youth. Our street credibility has allowed us to effectively connect with at-risk youth. Our mission is to spread non-violence throughout the community. We envision a community where every individual, regardless of their background or circumstances, has the opportunity to thrive in a safe and supportive environment. Our goal is to build a society free from violence, where mentorship and positive relationships empower individuals to reach their full potential. Through our dedicated mentorship programs, community outreach, and proactive violence prevention strategies, we aim to foster a culture of peace, resilience, and mutual respect. We believe in the power of education, compassion, and collaboration to transform lives and create lasting change. Ensuring that every person has the resources and support they need to lead a fulfilling and violence-free life.

BRING THE WISDOM OF THE PAST
TO REALITY OF THE PRESENT
Mentors play a crucial role in guiding the growth and development of young people. We inspire them to become the individuals they aspire to be, supporting them every step of the way as they strive to achieve new and unimaginable heights. Mentorship is essential for personal growth of the community. By linking generations through shared wisdom and experience, the older generation having overcome many challenges, has a duty to guide the youth. Helping them avoid similar mistakes and guiding them to make positive choices.
Responsibility of the Older Generation is to offering support, advice, and practical assistance to help youth build resilience and motivate them to pursue productive paths. Mentorship is about more than preventing mistakes, it's also about fostering a sense of unity and collective strength within the community, making young people feel valued and understood.
Role Models from Shared Struggles who have faced similar situations and emerged from them serve as powerful leaders. Stories of resilience and positive choices inspire and motivate young people letting them know that anything is possible if we work together.
