Teaching the youth to respect others and take accountability for their actions. We guide them through the process to becoming responsible young adults and emphasize the principle that effort leads to corresponding rewards.

LIFE SKILLS

We help the youth recognize their value and prepare them for employment by developing job skills. This includes teaching them appropriate attire and professional conduct.

conflict RESOLUTION 

We equip the youth with non-violent tools to resolve conflicts, emphasizing that violence only harms themselves. Mediation is a key strategy we use. We also instill a strong sense of integrity.
